Our support plans can be utilised for most Internet related issues including
our web site hosting customers who wish to try the do-it-yourself approach to
web site design, but don't have the time, technical ability or inclination to
install the various open source (free) programs and content management systems
that are offered in our web site control panel.
Our support plans can also be utilised by anyone who already has a web site,
but who does not have the time, technical ability or inclination to update it
themselves.
Our support plans can be utilised for any of the following: -
- Web Site Maintenance and updating your web site
- Installation of email accounts in your web site hosting control panel
- Set up of anything in your cpanel control panel
- Service call (including travel time) to your home or office to set up and configure e-mail
accounts on your computer - (Outlook, Outlook Express etc) or
- Telephone support to guide you through the set up and configuring of
e-mail accounts on your computer - (Outlook, Outlook Express etc)
- Installation of any of the open source Fantastico programs in your web
site hosting control panel
(Default Installation only) - Design, content & graphic
addition extra
- Graphic Design - Logos, Modifying PDF files etc
- Modify your web site content and replace with keyword and search engine
friendly content.
- Advice and tutorials on practically anything Internet Related (eg. How
do I publish a web page, How do I create a website using Microsoft
Frontpage, How do I add a photo gallery, How do I publish a web site using a
CMS, etc., etc.)

Support Plan Pricing
We have several options to choose from. A standard hourly rate, per item
install, or choose from our various
support plans from 5 hours.
Prices quoted include GST.
* Plans expire 12 months
from order or when hours run out, whichever occurs first. Plans are strictly
intended to be for the purpose of updating and maintaining your website. All
changes/updates are made in accordance with your current site design.
We accept Mastercard (PayPal), Visa (PayPal), Cheque, Money Order, direct
bank deposit, direct bank deposit via EFT (Internet Banking), Cash via Secure
Post.
